How to get DevOps certified
Four requirements, completed inside your cohort — 3 months on the weekday track or 6 months on the weekend track.

Attend the live cohort
Over 200 hours of live instructor-led sessions — Monday to Friday 7–9 AM on the weekday batch, or Saturday and Sunday 8–11 PM on the weekend batch. Classes are recorded.

Complete the seven modules
Linux and shell scripting, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD with Jenkins and GitHub Actions, AWS cloud infrastructure, and AI and AIOps for DevOps — each ending in hands-on lab work.

Build the projects and capstones
Nine projects across beginner, intermediate and advanced tiers, including a Kubernetes microservices deployment on AWS EKS and an AI-powered CI/CD pipeline. Each is assessed by a mentor.

Receive the joint certificate
On successful completion of the programme and its project requirements, the certificate is issued jointly by Skillfyme and Vishlesan i-Hub, IIT Patna.

Built for working professionals and freshers moving into DevOps, studying alongside a job or final year.
- Basic Linux and shell scripting is the only prerequisite — both are covered from first principles in class

DevOps Certification Fees and EMI Options

It is a professional certification programme run with an IIT innovation hub, not an IIT degree, and not an MS or MSc in DevOps.

No. This is a professional programme certificate. It is separate from AWS's own certification exams and from Kubernetes vendor exams, which are booked and paid for directly with the vendor. The programme covers AWS, Docker, Kubernetes and Terraform hands-on, which is the practical ground those exams test, but no exam voucher is implied.
