We understand that circumstances can change. Our refund and cancellation policy is designed with one goal — to protect your investment in education while being completely transparent about our process. Every clause below has been written in plain language so you always know exactly where you stand.
3-Day Risk-Free Cancellation — effective from the date of enrollment, no questions asked.
To cancel, email support@skillfyme.in or admission@skillfyme.in with your enrollment details.
You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is processed and your refund is initiated.
The 3-day window begins at the exact time of enrollment — we count business and calendar days equally.
Refunds are processed within 6–10 business days from the confirmed date of cancellation.
All refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Bank processing times may vary. If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days, contact our support team immediately.
Step 1: Send a cancellation email to support@skillfyme.in or admission@skillfyme.in.
Step 2: Include your full name, enrollment ID, course name, and reason for cancellation.
Step 3: Our team acknowledges your request within 24 hours and processes it within 48 hours.
Refund requests made via social media or chat will not be considered valid — email is the only accepted channel.
Every refund request is reviewed individually and a decision is communicated within 48 hours.
You will receive an email confirming either approval or rejection, along with a clear reason.
Approved refunds are processed immediately — delays after approval are solely due to your bank's processing time.
Refunds are always returned to the original payment method — credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking.
We do not issue refunds as Skillfyme credits, vouchers, or alternative payment methods unless explicitly agreed.
If the original payment method is unavailable or expired, please contact our support team to arrange an alternative.
Administrative and platform processing fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Refunds will not be issued after the 3-day cancellation window has passed — no exceptions.
Promotional or discounted course fees are non-refundable unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
If you believe your case is exceptional, you may write to us and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
Learners are responsible for reviewing the cancellation eligibility period before and after enrollment.
It is the learner's responsibility to ensure the cancellation email is received and acknowledged by our team.
We recommend sending cancellation requests from a registered email address to avoid delays in processing.
No refunds will be issued for non-attendance or partial attendance without a prior official cancellation request.
Missing classes, falling behind, or not starting the course does not constitute grounds for a refund after 3 days.
If life circumstances prevent you from attending, reach out to us — we may offer a batch deferral option instead.
Skillfyme reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time with prior notice.
